Tonkotsu broth with rich soy sauce base. Chashu pork, onion, corn, ajitamago, and nori.

Miso-seasoned tonkotsu broth with naruto fishcake, chashu pork, ajitamago, garlic and onion.

Black Garlic Oil Ramen

Tonkotsu broth finished with aromatic black garlic oil (mayu). Double chashu, bamboo shoots, onion and ajitamago. 

Kamo Miso Ramen
